Privacy notice – LeadCatch forms and e-mails

This notice is for homeowners who use a LeadCatch estimate form or receive a review request.

Who is responsible?

The roofing company whose form you used or that you hired is responsible for your data. Blixwerk Studio (Harmenhauser Str. 33, 27777 Ganderkesee, Germany, hello@blixwerkstudio.com) runs the technology on their behalf.

What we process and why

What you enter in the form (name, contact details, address, your request) – to pass it to the roofing company and confirm receipt. If the company adds you after a job: your name and e-mail – to ask you once (plus one reminder) for an honest Google review. No cookies, no tracking, no IP addresses stored, no sale of data.

How long?

Up to 12 months, then deleted.

Your choices

Every review e-mail has a link to stop further e-mails. For access, correction or deletion, contact the roofing company or us at hello@blixwerkstudio.com. EU residents may also complain to a data protection authority.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of the form and the database), Zoho Mail (sending of e-mails, EU data centre), and Twilio Inc. for text messages once missed-call text-back is live (it is not live yet). Transfers to the US are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

For U.S. residents

Review e-mails are sent on behalf of the roofing company you hired, in its name, with a postal address and a working unsubscribe link in every message; an opt-out is honored automatically and at once (CAN-SPAM Act). We do not sell your information or share it with anyone other than the roofing company and the providers named above. Requests that do not turn into a job are kept no longer than stated above (up to 12 months), and we delete them earlier on request at hello@blixwerkstudio.com.
